PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Warren O. Hodges, Jr. became "Of Counsel" to the
firm in 2001, bringing a wealth of litigation experience in
the areas of business, employment, real estate and intellectual
property law. He is an experienced trial lawyer, and has represented
and/or litigated against many of this country's foremost business
entities.
EXPERIENCE
Mr. Hodges is a 1985 graduate of Yale University and a 1989
graduate of the University of Southern California Law School.
He has practiced primarily in the area of business, real estate,
copyright, patent and trademark infringement, and employment
litigation, but also has advised clients regarding and litigated
matters involving franchise and licensing, entertainment,
personal injury, construction, probate and trust disputes,
banking, and environmental contamination matters.

Remo, Inc., Orange County Sheriff's Department, University
of Southern California, Wendy's Hamburgers, Charles Keating

& Kruger; Imperial Bank; ASCAP and the Toyota Motor Car
Company.
